This message means that you are already enjoying the fastest speeds available to you in your area, hence you cannot upgrade any further.
Upgrade Available
If you see this message pop up, then it means you can upgrade your connection and there are faster speeds available to you in your area. Under the My Internet section, you can find the steps on how to proceed.
Check for Upgrades
In this case, you will be able to see a Check for Faster Speeds option. Click on it and wait for the results. You will see either of the above options and you can move further accordingly.
