Xfinity xFi Pods setup
In order to set up the Pods, all you need to do is connect each unit, which is approximately the size of a night-light, to a power outlet. Xfinity recommends using one Pod for homes with multiple floors and about four bedrooms, and for larger homes with more than five bedrooms, it is suggested to use two Pods.
Once you have installed a Pod, the Xfinity mobile app simplifies the remaining setup steps. By using the Xfinity app, you can easily pair the Pod with your xFi Gateway, and the app includes a detailed setup guide to assist you in the connection process.
