VCA, which stands for Valley Communications Association, is a regional ISP company located in the valley region that provides service to the rural areas. Since 2005, VCA was launched by a group of people who live in the territories, because large Internet providers with the help of corporate decisions did not consider the provision of Internet services to small towns and remote villages a profitable investment area in the region.
