Heart of Iowa Communications Cooperative HICC is a telecommunication cooperative offering member towns internet, phone, and television services based in central Iowa. Originally founded in 1957 with the main goal of giving farms that had not been linked in the previous phone coverage, HICC has developed into a telecoms firm offering fiber optic connections with download rates of up to 1Gbps. Formed as a cooperative, the HICC has been created to provide the greatest communications solutions thereby enhancing the life of its customers.
